Sue McGroganSue McGrogan is a proven healthcare executive with more than 25 years of success building clinical documentation organizations into world-class HIM solution providers. Sue’s mission as Chief Executive Officer at CSG is to meet the auditing and coding needs of hospitals and healthcare providers nationwide through the highest level of quality, accuracy and customer service. Teamwork, leadership and dedication are core tenants of Sue’s business methodology; and are the foundational components for CSG’s growth and success.

Having previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Transcend Services, Sue was instrumental in ensuring Transcend’s revenue growth and profitability—leading the company from 2009 through acquisition by Nuance Communications in 2012.

During her seven years at Transcend, Sue completed six transcription company acquisitions and helped drive business revenues from $20M to over $130M. Once at Nuance Communications, Sue continued to serve as a Senior Vice President until forming the Coding Services Group (CSG) in 2013.

Sue holds an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a BS in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Florida. She is also a Board Member on the University of Florida’s Foundation Board and the Florida SouthWestern State College Foundation Board.

Sue is an active member in AHIMA, HFMA, HIMSS and AHDI.

Jeff Felshaw, Business Analyst

Felshaw_Picturev2Jeff Felshaw is a multifaceted healthcare executive with international operational, technical, project management, sales and business development management expertise. He has over 15 years of experience working for and with Healthcare IT service and software providers.  He specializes as a “jack of all trades” and thrives in smaller, dynamic growth companies.

Prior to joining CSG, Jeff held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development with Transcend Services Inc. (now part of Nuance Communications).  He held various roles with Transcend Services ranging from customer service management to professional services management to operational and sales management.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master’s degree in an unrelated field from Kennesaw State University.

Jeff uses a solutions based approach for growing and cultivating business via building strong, trusting relationships.  Jeff is committed to maintaining and establishing “win-win” partnerships for all of CSG’s current and future clients and business partners.

Nicole Countryman, MBA, RHIA, Audit Manager

Nicole CountrymanNicole Countryman is a health information professional with over 20 years of coding, auditing and management experience in acute care hospitals as well as a consultant in various health care settings. She has led many successful audit teams and projects with positive outcomes while working at both large and small hospitals and health care systems. She has been responsible for implementing new EMR systems through collaboration with internal staff and outside vendors, understanding the importance of the H.I.M. role in our ever evolving health care industry.

As our Audit Manager, she reviews and educates coders on the necessary documentation for the correct assignment of codes to ensure compliant claims processing. She is responsible for overseeing the team of auditors who are responsible for the complete, accurate, and consistent reviews of coding assignments. She oversees communication to SR. management team about auditing projects, coder education, and problem areas. She assists with coder re-education, identifying any trends and develops coder training and ongoing team mentoring.

Nicole holds her MBA from William Woods University, Fulton, Missouri and her undergraduate degree from Illinois State University. She has held offices in Illinois Health Information Management Association, the Missouri Health Information Management Association and is actively engaged in AHIMA and AHA Coding Guidelines and Coding Clinics.
